What is Kinesiology?
Pronounced ‘kin-easy-ology’, this non-invasive
therapy is becoming increasingly popular.
It uses muscle testing to assess the body’s
energies and functions.
Our bodies operate on many levels: electrical,
emotional, nutritional, physical and spiritual.
The priority problem to be treated is established
by muscle testing and then treated.
Kinesiology treats the root cause, not the
symptoms, thereby bringing the body back to
balance. Once the kinesiologist has established the priority
problem a suitable correction is found by muscle testing.
This correction can be achieved by anything from taking herbal,
homeopathic, or nutritional
remedies to doing a specific physical exercise. Sometimes
corrections are made by working with positive verbal affirmations,
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and emotional stress-release.
Kinesiology can help overcome stresses, such as grieving,
performance anxiety, fears and phobias and can help you to
achieve your goals and dreams.
Kinesiology offers a very precise way of assessing and correcting
physical, nutritional and emotional imbalances.
Kinesiology is truly a holistic therapy,
treating the person as a whole, working with the body, mind,
spirit and emotions to improve a person’s
well-being.
What can kinesiology treat?
It can help with a wide variety of physical, nutritional and
mental health problems. It can help change belief-systems,
attitudes, behaviour and addiction.
A Kinesiology session will, on average, last about
1 hour. The person stays fully dressed.
Kinesiology can detect:
· Food intolerances
· Allergies
· Nutritional needs
· Toxicity
· Addictions
Kinesiology can improve:
· Co-ordination
· Reading and writing
· Sports-performance
· Artistic skills
Kinesiology is not a miracle cure, but it does offer a very
precise way of assessing and correcting imbalances.
