For 35 years Dr. Hauschka Skin Care has led the way, creating
holistic preparations made with pure botanical ingredients.
Dr Hauschka skincare products do not contain synthetic preservatives
and are ideal for all skin conditions as they help to regulate
the skin’s functions, resulting in skin that glows with
health.
Signature Treatment
This Dr Hauschka treatment is the ultimate in skincare and
is deeply relaxing. The treatment commences with a soothing
sage footbath during which your therapist will perform her
initial consultation.
Following on with a rhythmical foot and leg massage as well
as gentle stretches of the neck and arms helps to relieve
tension. These initial stages of the treatment boost the body’s
lymphatic circulation.
We begin the facial aspect of the treatment using warm lavender
compresses to the face and décolletage. Cleansing and
steaming with herbal extracts readies your skin to benefit
from the first of two masks used during this treatment. The
cleansing clay mask works deep into the pores to unclog impurities
in the skin.
Following this, specialised lymph stimulation prepares you
for your second and final mask, which your therapist will
choose from three nourishing cream masks. The session finishes
with the application of rhythmical conditioner and moisturiser.
Your session will last 1 hour & 45 minutes in total.

Maintenance Facial
This facial was designed for those with a regular routine
of using the Dr Hauschka range at home.
It lasts one hour and concentrates solely on the face. During
this boosting and refreshing facial one of the four Dr Hauschka
masks will be chosen according to your skin’s needs.
The arms and décolletage will be massaged and specialised
lymph stimulation will be performed to the face.
While we recommend the full signature treatment for your
first facial we do now offer the maintenance facial for those
very short on time.

Claire has worked in the field of holistic health since 2000
after completing a two-year full time course in holistic studies.
She has worked in salons and spas both at home and abroad
and took over the position of Manager of Massage and Beauty
services here at the Natural Healing Rooms after returning
from Australia in 2004.
Alongside the various massage and beauty treatments she provides,
Claire has studied Nutrition, Stress Management and Reiki
bringing a well-rounded holistic approach to her therapies.
